Terms of Service

These terms govern use of QABILL, a business operations product provided byOptiwizer Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are signing up for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

The service

QABILL helps trading and distribution businesses manage quotes, orders, invoices, purchases, stock, dispatch, and GST reports. We do not file GST returns for you, and we do not connect to the GSTN or IRP for e-invoicing. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter and for any filings you make with tax authorities.

Accounts

You need a 10-digit Indian mobile number to sign up. We verify that number with a one-time code. Keep login details confidential and tell us if you think an account is compromised. Each paid seat is for a named user; sharing one login across a team may be restricted by your plan.

Trial, Free, and paid plans

• New accounts start a 14-day trial. No card is required to start.
• You can subscribe from Settings → Billing. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and are GST-inclusive unless we say otherwise at checkout.
• If a trial or paid subscription ends, the account may continue on the Free plan with the limits shown in the product (including monthly sales-document caps and blocked modules).
• Cancellation, refunds, seat and location changes, and failed payments are described in theRefund & Cancellation Policy.

Your data

You own the business records you enter (items, parties, orders, and so on). You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to run QABILL for you. You must have the right to upload any personal data you store about your own customers or staff.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, probe or disrupt our systems, or store content you do not have rights to. We may suspend an account that creates a security, legal, or payment risk.

Availability

We aim to keep QABILL available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change features, plans, or these terms; material commercial changes will be announced in the product or by email where we have an address.

Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data, or business arising from your use of QABILL. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
